Just minutes away, there is a heaven for all those bungee jumping lovers – Maslenica bridge, which is the highest point in Croatia you can jump from, thanks to its 56 meters. Another famous pitstop for this kind of adrenaline-pumping activity is Šibenik bridge, south of Zadar. Whichever you pick, one thing is for sure – there will be professionals by your side the entire time, making sure the equipment is functioning and recording everything. The only thing you need to do is – just let go.
In case you would rather stick to the ground (kind of) and enjoy the rush of (white water) rafting, just search the keyword – Zrmanja canyon. The wild, untouched nature and river cutting through the rocks is the perfect combination that will take your breath away in more ways than one. The canyon is one of the most beautiful places for hiking but letting the river take you down its waterfalls is far more exciting and an unforgettable experience.
If you want to feel like a local and experience something completely different, book your trip in time for škraping! Škraping is a unique international trekking race on sharp island rocks and belongs to the kind of extreme sports. Its held each year on the island of Pašman. Competitors at the start of the race get a map of the island showing the checkpoints that must go as soon as possible. The race is divided into four categories: Ultra (trail of approximately 45 km), Challenger (approximately 25 km), Active (jogging of approximately 12 km) and Light (jogging of approximately 6 km).
